Shipping

All items will be shipped within 5 working days.  Either Australian Post or Sendle will be used. 

If there are any postal issues you will be contacted.

Returns

Earrings

Due to Health and Safety Regulations I am not able to accept returns of earrings except in the event that they are damaged, defective or have been sent to you in error.

All Other Items

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it as long as it is in its original condition, unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days for a full refund, replacement or exchange.

Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or has been sent to you in error, I would appreciate it if you would inform me as soon as possible so that the problem can be sorted immediately.

To Return an Item

Please enclose a note giving the reason for return, wrap the item securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, it would be helpful if you would provide a full description of the fault. Send to:

For your protection I recommend that you obtain proof of posting or use a recorded or special delivery service. I cannot take responsibility for parcels that do no reach me.
