Howlite
Due to howlite's distinctive veining, when dyed blue, it can be passed off as turquoise. This may have caused howlite to be misleadingly known as "white turquoise".
The natural colour of howlite is this white with this “veining”. It is often dyed other colours to falsely represent stones like turquoise, coral and lapis.
This strand consists of howlite 13.5 x 40mm, sponge coral 10.5mm, onyx 4mm and faceted clear quartz spacers.
total length including the silver parrot clasp is approx 18” plus a 2” extension chain for added length.
